Delivery periods
When sales are enabled, estimated delivery periods will be shown on product and checkout screens. Pre-orders and custom production may use different periods.
Package inspection
Customers will be asked to inspect packages on delivery and request a carrier report for crushing, tearing, moisture or opening.
Delay and support
Customers will be informed about force-majeure, supply, logistics, customs, production or carrier delays.
