- The product should be complete, unused and suitable for resale.
- Original packaging and accessories should be retained.
- The build should not have started and part bags should remain unopened.
Customized products
Withdrawal rights may be limited for personalized, specially printed or customer-configured products under statutory exceptions.
Missing-part support
Verified missing, broken or defective part claims will be handled separately from normal returns.
